Workers who exercise their rights often face retaliation disguised as policy enforcement. Turo uses procedural excuses to justify unfair treatment and termination without merit.

Having layoffs and effectively outsourcing the department sucked. As well as all the ridiculous changes they made to claims effectively turning a “claims adjuster” position into a call center rep position. Being locked out of your laptop and not knowing what’s going on completely eroded my trust in them. There are Better ways to communicate layoffs.
