Pros

It’s amazing how they’re worry about us and our experience being part of this company. The meetings and support it’s important to can help us to grow a good way.

Cons

Everything is good in my opinion.

Pros

There are some good people still left at the company, but most have left or are in the process of leaving.

Cons

I had a disappointing experience working at Turo, where the company culture felt disorganized and lacking in support. Management often seemed disconnected from employee concerns, leading to a lack of clear communication and direction. The workload was overwhelming at times, with unrealistic expectations and minimal recognition for hard work. Additionally, opportunities for growth and advancement were scarce, leaving many team members feeling stagnant in their careers. Overall, the environment felt toxic rather than collaborative, making it difficult to stay motivated or engaged. I would not recommend Turo as a place to build a career.
