Pros

* The business is moving in the right direction in a lot of ways, with more clarity and transparency in our business decisions. * Product Engineering teams have a lot of latitude to build to the right solutions and really improve the product. * Awesome and collaborative Engineering org. * My team and manager are great. * The product is pretty cool and it really is great to provide an opportunity to help entrepreneurs.

Cons

* Return to office strategy has been pretty poor. We're working hard to make it work as best as possible for each other, but it has left a lot of upset people, and it didn't need to be that way (same policies with more thoughtful communication would have made a huge difference). * RIF earlier this year, some cuts in benefits (health plan still good though), and the RTO in progress have been rough and morale isn't great.

Likely to succeed in future but at a great cost.

Pros

Culture, values and work/life balance were so important when I started over 3 years ago. Unsure of any Pros anymore

Cons

Overworked and under paid, management does not care, CEO clearly could care less about his employees anymore
