      Pros

      There are still some nice folks around, though most of them are either interviewing or quietly updating their LinkedIn.

      Cons

      The company somehow still thinks it’s a rocket ship despite the failed IPO and no clear liftoff plan in sight. Leadership’s response? Blame the employees — because obviously we’re the reason the ship didn’t fly 🙃. Meanwhile, upper management keeps spinning around in circles with vague visions, poor execution, and zero accountability. The cherry on top? They hand out stock options like they’re Silicon Valley gold, but really it’s just monopoly money. You’re expected to “fight for the company’s future” in return for a handful of fairy dust.

      Pros

      Flexible time off is the only benefit left that they didn’t revoke.

      Cons

      The company made so many changes and layoffs and restructuring, all with zero empathy towards the people affected. They told us if we don’t like it, leave.

      Used to be a good company, used to have good work/life balance

      Cons

      Emotional CEO, will throw tantrum during company meeting and blame those below him for his actions. Laid off 17% of their staff to put themselves in a better position financially. No budget for raises however they have a budget to buy a new company.
