      Pros

      Company is very transparent and everyone here is friendly. They are currently a hybrid work remote model and you can come into the office whenever you want. They put a lot of care into their onboarding and since it's an exciting company, people are excited to work here. Everyone cares about the product and the company. They had outstanding growth in the past year and are rapidly expanding now.

      Cons

      Not as competitive benefits as other similar-sized companies. Pay is good, but can't compare to FAANG. Also no pets allowed in the office...
