      Pros

      The most fun, engaging, and rewarding work environment where titles don't matter. I am an individual contributor however my team always includes me in decisions, and my opinion is validated and considered. The pay is extremely good, and the fringe benefits are awesome. Free healthcare for the employee is just another bonus - Office environment is a blast - you can tell everyone there is just happy and grateful to be part of the team. The CEO, President, General Counsel and Chief People Officer are 100% approachable, they engage and honestly care about the business, the employees and the hosts!

      401k and tuition reimbursement match is not comparable to that of other tech companies.

      Pros

      Best co-workers I have worked with recently. Lots of opportunities for growth. I get appreciated every time for the hard work I put in. Company recently gave bonus and pay rise according to the Radford study. Turbo week (annual company get together) is really cool and with full of enjoyment. By far the best interview process. This was one of the reasons I considered joining Turo over other companies which offered the similar positions. Another reason is the business model and company growth. I believe this company is soon going to skyrocket in popularity that I won't have to tell people that I work for "Airbnb for cars".
