Pros

I love the people I work with and there is a real comradery about making Turo the best it can be.

Cons

Large lay offs when management assured lay offs were not on the table. Benefits get slashed about every other week as a surprise. Transparency has all but disappeared recently. Work life balance will take a huge hit as mandatory office days are being put in place (MWF as a cherry on top). Employees are leaving and more will surely leave as a fast follow. I have not seen a company's culture change so quickly and it doesn't seem like there is anything we can do as a workforce to alter it.

Pros

Previously, there was a significant quantity; however, they have completely removed all of them.

Cons

Total compensation is not competitive, and the future appears bleak. Executives have lost the north and are aimless and disconnected from the reality. There is no room for professional growth.
