Pros

Great benefits, Amazing Owner “Daughter” still Family owned, operated privately held and ESOP. GREAT CORE VALUES laid out. Offer ongoing education at Branch Levels.

Cons

“California only” new Pres of Sales walks like he is above everyone and is not very approachable. Also boasts that he has run “Multiple” large companies. Interesting to hear Ibwonder why so many? Attitude perhaps? Way to many procedures to accomplish a minimal task. Core values seem to fly out the window at the management level. Instead uts about the allmighty dollar of Complete Customer Attention/Satisfaction.

Pros

I can't say enough about this company and its commitment to their employees from the top down. The culture is very inclusive and management works hard to make sure that every employee succeeds. CEO Jayne Millard is an inspiring leader who cares deeply about her employees and goes out of her way to recognize every accomplishments. It's a great company with a lot of growth potential.

Cons

I don't see any negatives to working at Turtle & Hughes.

Pros

Growing, Strong company, Paid time off (more than my previous employers), Fair health care plans, Holiday parties, Profitability bonus, supervisors and management who really care and takes the time to listen to any concerns or suggestions, flexible with personal commitments, Room for advancement if you apply yourself, Free College courses during normal working hours, continuous job training

Cons

Distribution can be fast paced and stressful at times, so if you have no sense of urgency or ability to prioritize; this may not be the best career choice.
