Pros

It’s not jail. Weekends off

Cons

It feels like jail - long days The place has too many bosses that just don’t have a clue or care for the people that work for them. Jokers to the right & clowns to the left. The training is trash. Never provide any structure to communicate. They say anything for you to get into the door. Promises about work life balance & being a family company are all lies. If have a family dont expect to see them. I was expected to work 10-12 hour days. They are not to be trusted. I took the position to learn something & all I learned is how conniving they all are behind your back. Very high school level management. They beat the joy of the job right out of you. I regretted accepting the position almost immediately & stuck around for improvements that never happened. Fake facade of management wears thin. They had issue with me using the time off that I earned & they approved. It’s not anyway to run a business I was told. Clueless as treat people like a number. I wasn’t even allowed back to collect my belongings - received a call on a Monday morning just to stop coming in. Real classy way to treat any worker. They did me a favor so do yourself a favor & stay away. Beware of the witch out west. You have been warned. Way more options in the area if want a bad job.
