They give out inaccurate job descriptions and expect perfection on day 2. They can't keep employees because they keep them feeling like they can't do anything right

- Freedom to choose your own path of specialization - good benefits (dental) - Hybrid - Managers and mentors are a wealth of knowledge - business travel is reimbursed - generous bonus

Cons

- PTO is "scarce" in comparison to other companies - not a very high ladder to climb position-wise - Raises are minimal and annual
