Our employees have continued to use their diverse backgrounds to bring new ideas and perspectives to our teams, and we encourage them to strive for more. Regarding compensation, we make it a priority to ensure that all employees are compensated fairly. However, we know that there is always room for improvement! Thank you for your feedback. Giving our employees work-life balance is extremely important to us. We want all employees to feel supported not only in their work, but at home as well. Our open-door policy has made Turtle a place where all employees feel comfortable, heard, and respected while having conversations with their supervisors. Thank you for your advice and we will take that into account when considering promotions and rewards. We want all our hard-working employees to not only feel appreciated, but to be shown appreciation as well. This is something we will continue to work towards improving in the future.
