Pros

Nothing really positive about the organization. Does not offer employees much to look forward to when coming to work everyday.

Cons

Low wages and horrible personal/vacation policy. Corrupt senior executive team. They hire family and friends that are not qualified. They favor employees who will turn a blind eye to unethical behavior they commit. They do not appreciate employees and culture is always negative and corrupt.

Pros

Company is owned by a woman. Company is WBENC Certified.

Cons

Although this company is owned by a woman it is managed by men. No incentive for women employees 99.6% of employees are white. 0.4% are black working in non-management positions. Women who share the same position as men are paid at a lesser rate. This company is a contradiction to what the WBENC STANDS FOR.
