Pros

Loved it there, great people, really care about their employees and everyone feels like a family because of management and coworkers

Cons

It was boring and the pay wasn’t great. Need to up their commission structure to meet industry standards or risk losing good employees

Good Company to work for. They train their employees, hire from within and responses to all employees questions in monthly town halls.

Cons

Could always improve training and communications
