Pros

- Benefits - Vision, Medical, Dental, 401, etc. - Stock ownership plan. - Upper Management and Supervision who actually care about the success of the company and employees. They have been flexible with family/personal issues. - Holiday Parties when we have them! The owners actually come to the one in December every year and talk with everyone. Nice to know they are real people. - Free work boots every year. Have not had to provide my own uniforms and boots like old employers required. - Working for a solid company that makes smart financial decisions is a real Pro. You do not have to worry about showing up one day to a closed building. Instead you hear about the company growing.

Cons

- Some bad attitudes that management allowed to work here to long. Too many chances for the negative people who brought our moral down. - Pipe Yard is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. - Cleaning crew they have needs to be changed. - Warehouse job is not for you if you want to just hang out and get paid.

Pros

You can learn lots about the business ,with the right person training you.

Cons

Since the owner left and the new management they have took over, they are clueless, no communication, no respect for thier thier employees or long time employees that retired. At the Bridgewater facility management talks down to to their employees "like they know everything" but are stupid. Last year if it wasn't for a friend of mine working in warehouse talking to the president (who is clueless himself) to institute a training class for all employees. All employees in the warehouse or office are treated like scum. Your lied to to get you in and if you make mistakes, your fired instead of teaching you right. I can give you hundreds of examples but to many to list
