Pros

I've learned a ton about the industry in my time here. I get to spend every day working with very intelligent and successful people. Everyone here is a resource for knowledge and always happy to offer help. The environment is relaxed and professional, management is accessible and supportive without being high-pressure, and you will get as much out of the job as you are willing to put into it. Come in and work hard and the sky is your limit.

Cons

Nothing about the company comes to mind. The industry itself can be intimidating at first if you aren't already familiar with it, but again, this is a great place to learn the ropes in a resourceful and encouraging environment.

Pros

Overall, this is a great environment. The people are wonderful and really care about the company and each other. The salaries seem fair and competitive. The benefits are excellent! ESOP gives everyone shares in the company without having to buy them. You get shares based on length of employment. Overall, best place I have ever worked.

Cons

Management is approachable, but can do a better job at communicating.
