Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you value the flexibility, benefits, and support from managers and mentors. We also appreciate your thoughts on the current PTO, promotion structure, and raise schedule. Your suggestion about semi-annual raises based on performance is helpful, and we understand the importance of recognizing and rewarding hard work. We'll take this feedback into consideration as we continue to evaluate how we can better support and retain our employees. Thank you again for your insights!

Thank you for your review. We acknowledge your concerns regarding management and the clarity of performance metrics. Ensuring that our team members have a clear understanding of expectations is critical to our success. To address this, we have placed a stronger emphasis on performance management this year. Our co-CEOs have personally kicked off the annual review process to ensure that performance metrics are clear, consistent, and aligned with our overall goals. This increased focus will continue into the Goal setting for the new year. If you would like to tell us more about your concerns, please reach out to HR@Turtle.com.

Unprofessional and Lack of Diversity

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

One of the main advantages is the lack of micromanagement. Employees are given a good amount of autonomy to manage their tasks and responsibilities, which can be a great environment for those who are self-driven and prefer to work independently.

Cons

The company operates in an unprofessional manner, with a lack of clear communication and accountability across the board. Unfortunately, diversity and inclusion are severely lacking, as there are very few minority employees, and the opportunities for advancement are nearly nonexistent particularly for those from underrepresented backgrounds.

Thank you for your review. We want to acknowledge your concerns regarding diversity within the company. To address the need for greater diversity and inclusion, we have recently established a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. This council is dedicated to identifying and addressing issues related to diversity and inclusion and developing actionable solutions to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees. We take your advice seriously and are committed to enhancing our communication practices and providing more opportunities for professional development. In addition, this year we started to have a more formal approach to Talent Management and Development of our employees.
