Pros

Laid back, historically significant and low cost of living. The staff and students and friendly and accommodating.

Cons

Small town. Ordering scientific materials is a cumbersome process. It may slow the pace of scientific discovery.

Pros

Historic setting; incredibly hard-working students who truly cared about their educational experience. It was great to see how they aggressively pursued their education.

Cons

For the most part, the instructors could care less about their students. Many of the academic instructors in the science and technology areas could barely communicate with their students. Culturally, it was a travesty. Academically, many students were deprived of a quality experience and suffered greatly because of it. Apathetically is not the way to teach.
