Hours are dependent on student availability. Inconsistent work. Not paid for drive time. Being a male tutor meant you missed out on opportunities because of your gender.

Pros

The branch owner and tutor coordinator are both super helpful. The general process is quite simple and I really enjoy working with my students.

Cons

Unfortunately as a tutor, prep time is not accounted for in the pay. Neither is the driving so try to plan accordingly. You do not get to meet the other tutors.

The parent can either chose for an online or physical learning and the lessons gets arranged accordingly. You can meet as frequently as you possibly can, depending on the need for the student at that particular time, whether is for an assignment, preparation for an exam or test.

Cons

If you are a full time employee, you need to be careful of the amount of students you can apply for because you might not have enough, especially during exams.
