Minimal supervision, schedule flexibility, choice to add new students or not

Low pay per hour, especially once you factor time hours writing reports and driving to each student, not sustainable as a main source of income, monotonous report writing, no promotion opportunities

Had a great supervisor that was always responsive when I needed help. You can set your own ours as a tutor when working out your schedule with the family. Most of the clients I worked with very very kind and easy to work with.

Cons

Sometime run into more challenging clients. Need to be able to manage speaking with different types of parents.
