The pay is wonderful. It is a great community. I love how the matching process works- you know that you are really going to be making a difference in these students' lives.

Cons

Sometimes it's tricky if people that need help don't live close by, but I've really enjoyed who I've worked with.

Very caring and warm franchisees to work with. They are always very ethical, professional and fair. They are supportive of the tutors and the students and approachable if there are issues.

Cons

No cons except the pay could be better. I'm glad they do the marketing, though. I really can't think of any more cons. They are very enjoyable to work with.
