      Pros

      It is refreshing to work for a company that truly lives its values. Everyone that I have met and worked with thus far has been very supportive and helpful to my growth as an individual and employee. We are always looking for ways to improve. We work independently and in teams to reach our objectives. There is always someone willing to help out another team or division in any problems they face.

      Cons

      Not enough hours in the day to get all of our tasks done. There is a great deal of work to be done but this only speaks to the fact that Tutor Doctor is continually expanding to become a worldwide brand.

      Pros

      Tutor Doctor has a great team both at Home Office and within the franchise community. I have really enjoyed growing with the company as they have provided professional development through the roles I have done over the years.

      Cons

      There are hiccups like any company but overall has been a great experience.
