easy to get relatively good pay

Cons

no benefits they let their franchisees operate their business. the president of the company sits on his BUTT all day doing absolutely nothing. They do not know how to handle conflicts in the workplace and they let go anyone who is higher educated than them. ITS A JOKE OF A COMPANY!
