Payments were prompt. My local rep was quite nice and was v.keen to get me more work. That is understandable when you look at their rates below.

Cons

They take more than 50% of what they charge the clients. Disgusting. My family was being charged around £58 power session I sneering paid around £26! When I asked about this they said that as the client had paid for 20 sessions in advance they would only look at it at the end of those. I imagine so that they coupled increase the prove that the poor families have to pay more instead of just being spigot less greedy. They simply do not deserve to get paid more than me for the work I am doing. I quit the next day.

The company doesn't give a crap how well you know something they'll still send you out to a family

Cons

-Company is very cheap, you literally end up paying to go to work -Pay only once a month even though they get paid in full, and a lot of time there's a problem in your pay -some family homes are DISGUSTING, I've been sick a couple of times from some of these people's homes - IF YOU REALLY ENJOY TUTORING GO AND DO IT YOURSELF DON'T LET SOMEONE BEHIND A COMPUTER MAKE $40 on your hour

Full of bullying, negativity, and blame. Some members of upper management pretend to be friendly and hear you out, only to use your concerns against you. Questionable human resources practices. No room for growth unless you get the person above you fired. Don't trust anyone. Management throws tantrums, yells and swears at employees. Very abusive environment. Employees pressured not to take lunch or leave on time. Franchisees are leaving at a staggering rate.
