      No interaction with students Very low compensation for effort outdated classroom platform not using modern techniques of tutoring Poor mentoring system for tutors Many students coming online don't have any clue about subject, requiring double the effort to tutor them

      Tutors are held accountable for everything, extremely high expectation, extremely low pay, no respect for the tutor's knowledge and tutoring style, Dont work here if you value ur time and knowledge. The "mentors" don't have the credentials the tutors do, so they constantly try and undermine

      You can set your own hours and work your own shifts

      The Princeton Review and Tutormeeducation have predatory hiring practices and are generally terrible to their tutors. Outdated platform and horrible customer service. The platform itself is buggy, crashing pretty often, with a new version that is somehow much worse than the old one most clients still use. The old version is buggy and crashes all the time, but at least it has the functions you need.
