      The mid-level staff is very attentive and caring

      This company is a joke run by people who only care about the bottom line. The top management has no background in education, and they don't care to understand what tutors and students need. Their only goal is to make as much money as possible and they aren't afraid to exploit whoever they need to. This looks like low pay, zero benefits, and an unrealistically demanding workload. Beware! They are dishonest and the business has questionable practices.
