Pros

Work your own hours No min number of hours tutoring to keep status (except probationary tutors) Most students are great to work with Once you get through probation period, you only have to tutor once every 21 days to keep access. Great work-life balance

Cons

Very low pay Very few scheduled tutoring times Required to use voice for tutoring Lesson time limit maximum is far too short to help students Tutoring interface is quirky
