Poor work/life balance

Pros

Good benefits such as 401k, medical etc. Old facility, lot can be learnt moving from one to another department.

Cons

Hard to find doctors, vets and specialist in the area. The company is all about operations and cost cutting. Madawaska facility is old and operations make lot of compromises on quality. Cost savings and operation comes before safety, quality and people. People hardly take responsibility and blame each other. Very poor work-/life balance.
