Pros

Decent benefits. Good pay for location.

Cons

High management turnover. Poor union. Old equipment. New projects never properly planned out, then employees have to deal with the frustration every day. Corporate keeps trying to do more with less labor, and won't update equipment. Getting summer vacation time for newer emplyees is hard. No incentives to be safe, only consequences. New Laborer is unappreciated and often not properly trained.
