Pros
I'm very impressed with the leadership team's adherence to the company's mission, vision and values, and it's true #patientsfirst mentality. We are making a real difference for the patients and providers we serve, improving the patient experience, optimizing health outcomes, streamlining caregiver workflow, and reducing the cost of care by minimizing complications and improving care plan adherence. I feel lucky to have found this company and am proud to be a part of it.
Cons
Twistle is growing we are constantly hiring, but take our time to find the right candidate (which isn't really a bad thing, but does represent short term workload management issues while trying to find that right candidate).

Twistle is a small company of professionals who trust each other to move the company forward. If you are self-motivated and mature, you will do well here. Work-life balance and individual career advancement are recognized issues. If you are looking for a company that can offer purpose, autonomy and the opportunity for mastery, Twistle is it. You will be challenged. You will grow.
Cons
Twistle is a small but growing company that requires some flexibility. Benefits are few but those that are there are nice (unlimited vacation, flexible hours). For those that are not (health insurance) pay is adjusted. This, nevertheless, puts the burden on the individual to find and navigate their own insurance.
