Pros

Fellow teammates truly care about creators and each other. CEO and many of the executives care about creators Fun opportunities to see each other like TwitchCon and onsites

Cons

Lots of uncertainty about the future and unclear team goals. Very difficult to move up the chain and virtually impossible to reach L7 and above from within the company as a person of color. HUGE variance in what each person is paid
