Great mission, great people. CEO is committed to the cause and all in. A mix of people in it for the love of the community and corporate ladder climbers saying and doing what they think will help the move up in big tech.

Cons

Business has plateaued, no great growth prospects. That makes it hard to progress. Haven’t figured out how to translate cultural relevance into sustained growth.
