Very thorough in their onboarding, no micro managing but very responsive when needed. Pay is competitive

Pros

Two chairs is very supportive of their parttime therapists. They offer good compensation, great support, and make things as easy as possible for the people working for them. I found my on-boarding process to be very smooth and I have gotten all the support I need along the way.
