Pros

Two Sigma will compensate you well relative to hedge fund competitors. It's probably one of the more laid back firms to work for in NYC.

Cons

The cons certainly outweigh the pros. There are many issues that stem from the top. It's no secret that the co-founders are in a feud and simply can't make decisions. This cascades down the entire organization. Two Sigma has been stagnant over the last 5 years due to this issue. They've lost some really talented people and have also had multiple layoff rounds due to poor fund performance. TS used to be a really great place to work but has drastically fallen from grace due to immaturity across the organization and at the highest levels of management.
