      *Lots of flexibility around hybrid work (only five days in office) *Collaborative and kind colleagues *Great perks- nice pantries, nice office space, great office location, awesome benefits *Lots of opportunities for career progression

      Cons

      *We've just started to hear more from leadership in company town halls. Those are great and would love for them to continue along with other opportunities to hear from leaders in other settings (taco tuesday trivia etc.)
