      Pros

      Hours are very flexible. Benefits, perks and pay are quite competitive. Hiring standards are very high. I work with very smart people.

      Cons

      Technology is not always cutting edge. Bureaucracy and legacy software gets in the way of doing your job at times. Secrecy and lack of transparency create impediments.

      The owners are very committed in making sure employees are happy. The staff is very young, as they hire lots of recent graduates.

      Cons

      Very cliquish environment. Managers not very open to suggestions.

      - smartest bunch of people gathered under one roof - endless learning and opportunities to learn - everyone is very friendly and humble - feels more like a research institution than an investment manager most of the times - the work done here feels very cutting edge and very rewarding

      Cons

      - the problems worked on can be very challenging and open-ended . So it’s not for everyone.
