      Pros

      Great pay, great people, amazing benefits, and I feel extremely valued by my peers and the company. My work feels very impactful as well.

      Long interview process but worth it in the end.

      Work life balance is overall really good but I had a few times (of short duration) during busy projects where it wasn’t great

      Everyone is very nice, the work is decently amusing

      Cons

      The post-pandemic office environment is crushingly antisocial. This makes onboarding (which is set up very informally) way harder than it needs to be. The workplace feels extremely unwelcoming.
