Company is small enough to act quickly, but large enough to have large company benefits. Corporate culture is honest, direct, and respectful of employees, regardless of background - a welcoming place to work!

Cons

Company is growing rapidly - some growing pains. Semi-monthly pay periods, instead of bi-weekly.
