      Pay was good for the work

      Cons

      They like most of Texas government will let you go before you can retire. I was let go 11 months before retirement. I did an open records request to the state and they had let go over 1,500 employees with 12 months of retirement the same year. I was dismissed over to two anonymous complaints. Try defending yourself against anonymous complaints.

      Pros

      It is what you make it...it can be a pro or con really. One of the pro's is being able to make your work load.

      Cons

      Over time stopped being paid. Terrible management. Low employee morale. Management sometimes will make you work weekends even when scheduled off.
