      Low work stress in some districts only. Great retirement benefits if you live long enough. Health benefits for employee only not for family.

      Cons

      Health benefits is 80% higher for family compared to average private sector firms. Extremely slow financial growth with possibility of no pay raises for consecutive years. No hybrid culture. Micro management in some departments. Favoritism culture where certain employees specially (who started as Engineering Assistants) are promoted to key positions over deserving employees. Retaliation behavior of some management personal. In experienced people in management position unable to handle work load. Mandatory deduction from pay check towards retirement. Salaries are atleast 20% less than private sector.
