Pros

You can telework even if you have no way to attend your meetings for that day, you don’t know how to use your WebEx. If you have to come in on you scheduled telework day you will always be able to choose another day.

Cons

You don’t have a clue who is running the show. Very inconsistent on processes, they only exist when management wants them to and even then they pick and choose what and when. There is no cutting edge learning from anyone as they are resistant to change, becoming relevant, and up to date. The only thing to learn are bad habits from coworkers and managers.
