Very secure agency in terms of long term employment The atmosphere is nice and non-stressful. Other employees are friendly.

Cons

The pay is low compared to private sector. It is a lot more restrictive in terms of negotiations with pay and such.

Great environment to work in. There is not a lot of stress. You work in small groups of employees. The benefits are good.

Cons

Not many. The pay is not that good but the benefits help weigh that out. You have to wait a little bit to use time off.

Cons

Low pay. Hardly any raises especially right now with COVID. A lot of back and forth and poor equipment sometimes.
