Overall decent work hours (if you work on certain projects or campaigns it can vary, but you can still earn compensation time), good benefits, fairly relaxed regarding taking time-off, nice co-workers

Not challenging unless your work on the engineering side, old-fashioned, no diversity in executive management (old white conservative men) co-workers waiting it out to get their pensions, disconnect between executive management and everyone else,
