Very Flexible for requesting days off. Very helpful in training. Lots of field work. No one breathing down your neck

Cons

Overtime is not payed but given as vacation. No more cons but it requires twenty words

Job has plenty of holidays. It has good insurance and good retirement. Not much pressure to perform since it is not profit driven.

Cons

Pay not as much as private sector. Really that is the only down side to working there, but some on the pros make up for it.
