      Loss of Telework Has Ruined Morale

      Pros

      Good healthcare benefits, plus a lot of holidays and multiple ways of earning leave.

      Cons

      We lost telework in April 2025, and did not get it back despite HB 5196 passing. (Some employees get 1 day telework but not all). This has significantly reduced morale for not only me, but a large percentage of my coworkers. It feels like upper management only cares about how many projects they can say we're constructing, and does not care one bit about making life easier or work more enjoyable for people at the bottom.

      Pros

      Job description advertised flexibility and remote work and a large pay scale. Found it to be very micromanaging. Bullied for taking time off. Pay does not match the expectations

      Cons

      Highly regional. Each office will have its own experience. Fort Worth is known as the worst. If you see a positive review elsewhere do not believe it will translate to Fort Worth.
