Great work-life balance, lots of trainings and learning opportunities , great co-workers and teams to work; always willing to help

Cons

Pay is significantly lower than private sector and local governments. Benefits used to be better in the past, but recent changes have nearly eliminated the old pension plan, and the remaining perks no longer offer a significant advantage over others.
