      Many opportunities to be trained in new skills. Decent benefits. Great atmosphere.

      Cons

      Well below average pay for a CDL-A truck driver as well as heavy equipment operator. Additionally, the job is hazardous - you're repairing roadways and bridges as vehicles fly by at highway speeds. Some on their phones.

      No upward mobility unless you live in Austin, Little development opportunities unless you want to be pigeonholed in this space, No out of state travel unless you are management, Promotions are rare and far in between, Toxic management, Unrealistic benchmarks, Micromanagement Lack of accountability for management, Expected to work weekends
