Great opportunities can be found but advancement limited

Pros

Decent benefits depending on where you came from. Some divisions allow flex schedules and WFH opportunities.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Management uses intimidation to prevent stifle opposing ideas. Slow to change and adapt to 2020s.

Pros

Remote work; decent benefits; flexible work hours

Cons

Dismal pay for women. Lack of opportunity/promotion even with an advanced degree. Good old boy culture isn't going away any time soon. If you're direct, you're bossy/aggressive.

Pros

state pension and medical benefits even though they are becoming very expensive 401k is ok

Cons

salary, no flex time, no rewards for hard work, just want bodies at desks, have no respect for non-engineers, no raises, management yells and screams at employees
