Overall very few, although the acquired companies (which happens frequently) tend to have very different work cultures and technology. This can be a pro, meaning, learning new technologies, or a con, if there was toxic culture in the acquisition that isn't trained out (and virtual work can sometimes make that more difficult to fix).
