Pros

The people are great, managers I've worked with have been the best I've ever had, the compensation package is adequate but not amazing.

Cons

They try and convince you to stay in entry level for at least 2 years, which is fine, however the chances of anything being available for you to move into is slim to none. Due to clients working many holidays you have to too. Ohh and if the Maine state Governor declares a state of emergency be prepared to burn a vacation day if you physically cannot drive into the office.

Free drinks, good people at most locations. Tyler is a growing company and has made the Forbes top 100 small size companies multiple years.

Cons

Lots of acquisitions and moving parts because of it. Cultures at acquired companies die off and leave a vacuum. Little communication up or down the chain. Little room for advancement as the majority of positions were only available in Dallas Texas or Yarmouth, Maine
