Pros

This seems like the easiest job I've ever had, even though I'm more productive than I've been anywhere else. I'm never micromanaged, I'm trusted to get my work done, and I always have something in my area of expertise sitting in front of me.

Cons

Sometimes the corporate environment feels a little stuffy.

Tyler is always expanding, so job security is as close to a sure thing as you can get. The people are great to work with, and there are opportunities for advancement.
